Mother's Day Pamper Treats at Ilford Sports Club, 1-5pm on Sunday 22nd March

Pamper yourself and your Mum, Nan, Aunty or Daughter with a lovely therapy taster this Mother's Day!

I'm joining Blac 'n' Blanco Association to offer Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki tasters at Ilford Sports Club for the afternoon, and there will be plenty of other special treats too: manicure, pedicure, facials and more.

Make sure you're at the front of the que - the first 20 ladies will receive a free goody bag, but don't worry if you miss out - there's a consolation prize for everyone - a complimentary drink to celebrate the day!
